Having previously founded and directed a highly regarded estate agency specialising in high-end property valued between £1 million and £5 million, Phillip built a reputation for discretion, deep market knowledge, and consistently sound advice. Following the sale of that business, he established Homebuyers Consultants to offer a more personal and independent advisory service — primarily assisting long-standing clients and their referrals.

Phillip’s expertise lies not only in identifying the right property but in guiding clients through every stage of the acquisition process. From early due diligence and agent negotiations to handling viewings and advising on future renovations, he provides comprehensive support tailored to each client’s needs. Many describe his role as akin to a property concierge: an experienced, steady hand ensuring nothing is missed and no corners are cut.

Based near Bishop’s Stortford, most of Homebuyers Consultants’ work is within a 20-mile radius, though select projects further afield are undertaken by referral. The majority of clients come via personal recommendation — a reflection of the trust and respect Phillip has earned over many years in the industry.

This is not a large operation — and that’s entirely by design. Clients work directly with Philip, benefiting from his insight, diligence, and unflinching honesty.
